Creating open and functional spaces by designing, engineering, and removing walls in existing homes. "Beam Day" is the day that our beams or drop girders are installed, temporary support walls come down, and we can see and feel the results of the project. Once closed and cramped spaces are now open and fresh.
"Beam Day" is also a feeling of pride in a job well done. Partnership, planning, problem solving, sweat, and an occasional splinter are all components of a successful Beam Day.

We do the math alongside our Structural Engineering Partners to ensure that your home is sound from the peak of the roof to the footings under your floors. Anything less opens the door to sagging framing, cracked drywall, and downright unsafe conditions. A licensed Structural Engineer designs and stamps every installation plan we execute.
